Within the entire chain, we guarantee the product quality as good as possible as well as the procedures regarding design & development, vigilance and complaint handling. Every complaint is given the highest urgency to us and we only close it when all parties involved are satisfied with the solution. For this we use a complaints procedure in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
